About the training sessions
You can expect training sessions to be tailored to the needs of your business and employees level of experience.
Our sessions
Are suitable for all levels of software users from beginners to advanced users who just need a refresher or assistance with some obscure task.
Can be ‘real-life’ using your bookkeeping system and records, or simulated using a sample file.
Can be conducted either onsite or remotely. When sessions are conducted remotely via the internet, it is done through the use of shared screens so you and your bookkeeper/trainer can see what each other is doing in real-time.
Can be recorded so you can have them to look back on if you need a reminder of something.
Are generally one hour in length per session but may vary in length depending on tasks being learnt – a few quick pointers may take less time while other tasks could take longer.
